Bill's experience includes 20 years of protecting assets and collecting debts for his clients.
Mike Hunter’s practice is focused on community and condominium association law, and he is the chair of the firm’s Community Associations practice group. The group collectively represents more than 700 homeowners’ associations in North Carolina and South Carolina. His legal background includes real estate and litigation with a concentration in the area of creditors’ rights, including debt collection, bankruptcy, foreclosure, lien enforcement, and collateral recovery.

Cynthia handles legal issues surrounding the acquisition, disposition, construction, and development of residential communities. Her background includes the coordination and review of property portfolios and multi-state acquisitions.
Phillip Lewis is a litigator whose practice consists of real estate litigation, complex commercial litigation, attorney malpractice defense, and contract law, including the Uniform Commercial Code. Phillip also handles appellate matters, as well as litigation for homeowners associations.
