NC Chapter of Community Associations Institute’s Piedmont Regional Council Presents: Ask the HOA Experts: Q & A on Community Association Legal Issues

The NC Chapter of the Community Associations Institute is holding “Ask the HOA Experts: Q & A on Legal Issues affecting Community Associations” on Wednesday, May 13th, 2015.

Board members, homeowners and their community managers will enjoy light refreshments in a casual atmosphere while learning from two legal experts: Jim Slaughter, partner with Rossabi Black Slaughter PA, and Mike Hunter with Horack Talley. Register quickly because Jim Slaughter and Mike Hunter always draw a big crowd!

  • Registration Fee: $30 members and $40 non-members

  1. Interested in knowing if any of the speaker comments will be available on line following the program.
    Are any of the Horack Talley experts available, for a fee, to discuss specific Association issues?

    • I doubt there will be a recording or written transcript of our Q&A session. Both Jim and I have practices that are focused on representation of condominium and community associations. If your HOA board is interested in hiring either of us, feel free to get in touch.
